     Elizabeth Joyce is the daughter of Robert Joyce.1 She married, firstly, James Heriot before 1637.1 She and Sir David Cuningham of Robertland, 1st Bt. obtained a marriage license on 8 June 1637.1
      From before 1637, her married name became Heriot.1 From 8 June 1637, her married name became Cuningham.1

     Sir David Cuningham of Robertland, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir David Cuningham of Robertland, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Joyce.2 He married Jean Boyd, daughter of Robert Boyd, 8th Lord Boyd of Kilmarnock and Lady Anne Fleming.1 He died circa 2 November 1671, without issue.1
     He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Cuningham, of Robertland, co. Ayr [N.S., 1630] before November 1671.1

     Sir Alexander Cuningham of Robertland, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir David Cuningham and Margaret Fleming.2 He married Elizabeth Cunninghame, daughter of John Cunninghame of Cambuskeith.1 He died circa 1696.1
     He sold Robertland.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Cuningham, of Robertland, co. Ayr [N.S., 1630] circa 2 November 1671.1 In 1672 he was served heir to his nephew.1 In 1692 he was served heir to his brother.1
