     Sir John Lavery married, firstly, Annie Evans in 1889 in a in childbirth marriage.2 He married, secondly, Hazel Martyn, daughter of Edward Jenner Martyn, in 1909.3
     He was a Royal Academician.1

     Eileen Marion Lavery was born in 1891.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Lavery and Annie Evans.3,2 She married, firstly, James Dickinson in April 1912 at Tangiers, MoroccoG.1 She married, secondly, William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill, son of John Forbes-Sempill, 18th Lord Sempill and Gwendolen Emily Mary Prodgers, on 20 February 1919.1 She died on 18 July 1935.1
     From April 1912, her married name became Dickinson.1 From 20 February 1919, her married name became Forbes-Sempill.1

     Cecilia Alice Dunbar-Kilburn was the daughter of Bertram Edward Dunbar-Kilburn.2 She married William Francis Forbes-Sempill, 19th Lord Sempill, son of John Forbes-Sempill, 18th Lord Sempill and Gwendolen Emily Mary Prodgers, on 1 February 1941.1 She died in 1984.2
     From 1 February 1941, her married name became Forbes-Sempill.

     Sir Ewan Forbes of Craigievar, 11th Bt. was born on 6 September 1912.1 He was the son of John Forbes-Sempill, 18th Lord Sempill and Gwendolen Emily Mary Prodgers.2 He married Isabella Mitchell, daughter of Alexander Mitchell, on 10 October 1952.1 He died on 12 September 1991 at age 79, without issue.1,3
     He was given the name of Elizabeth Forbes-Sempill at birth.3 He was educated at München Universität, Munich, Bavaria, GermanyG.1 He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, ScotlandG, in 1944 with a Bachelor of Surgery (Ch.B.)1 He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, ScotlandG, in 1944 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)1 In 1952 his name was legally changed to Ewan Forbes-Sempill.3 In 1952 he re-registered his birth as a man.3 In 1965 his name was legally changed to Ewan Forbes.3 In 1965 His succession to the baronetage was challenged by his cousin, John Forbes-Sempill, on the grounds that his re-registration in 1952 of his sex to male was invalid. However in 1968 it was ruled that he had been registered as a female at birth in error.3 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 15 May 1965.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Forbes, of Craigievar [N.S., 1630] on 30 December 1965.1

     Isabella Mitchell is the daughter of Alexander Mitchell.2 She married Sir Ewan Forbes of Craigievar, 11th Bt., son of John Forbes-Sempill, 18th Lord Sempill and Gwendolen Emily Mary Prodgers, on 10 October 1952.1
     From 10 October 1952, her married name became Forbes.1

Hon. Margaret Forbes-Sempill1

     Hon. Margaret Forbes-Sempill was born on 30 August 1905.1 She was the daughter of John Forbes-Sempill, 18th Lord Sempill and Gwendolen Emily Mary Prodgers.2 She died on 28 October 1966 at age 61, killed in a motor accident.1
     She fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 She gained the rank of Warrant Officer in the Women's Auxiliary Air Force.1 She was awarded the U.S. Bronze Star.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.1
