     Madeleine Huguette Reiss-Brian was born in 1916.2 She was the daughter of Hugo Reiss and Marie Ignatius Murphy.3,2 She married, firstly, Major Rupert Charles Frederick Gerard, son of Colonel Charles Robert Tolver Michael Gerard and Aimée Gwendolyn Clarke, on 29 March 1948.1 She and Major Rupert Charles Frederick Gerard were divorced in 1969.1 She married, secondly, Lawrence Hoguet.2 She died in 1994.2
     From 29 March 1948, her married name became Gerard. Her married name became Hoguet.2

     Anthony Robert Hugo Gerard, 5th Baron Gerard of Bryn was born on 3 December 1949.2 He is the son of Major Rupert Charles Frederick Gerard and Madeleine Huguette Reiss-Brian.2 He married Kathleen Ryan, daughter of Dr. Bernard Ryan, in 1976.2 He and Kathleen Ryan were divorced in 1997.2
     He was educated at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A.G.2 He succeeded as the 17th Baronet Gerard, of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [E., 1611] on 11 July 1992.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Gerard of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [U.K., 1876] on 11 July 1992.2 He lived in 2003 at East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York, U.S.A.G.2

     Robert Guy Standish Gerard was born on 16 December 1921.1 He was the son of Colonel Charles Robert Tolver Michael Gerard and Aimée Gwendolyn Clarke.2 He married, firstly, Barbara Stone, daughter of Leonard J. Stone, on 16 December 1948.1 He and Barbara Stone were divorced in 1964.1 He married, secondly, Ursula Mackenzie, daughter of Andrew Mackenzie, on 16 November 1964.1 He died in 1980.1
     Robert Guy Standish Gerard usually went by his middle name of Guy.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1
