     Captain Phillip Cecil Clowes is the son of St. John Legh Clowes and Hon. Elizabeth Caroline Bingham.²

     St. John Legh Clowes was the son of Captain Phillip Cecil Clowes.² He married Vivien Rosemary Hodge, daughter of Sir Rowland Frederic William Hodge, 1st Bt. and Mabel Thorpe, on 10 April 1930.¹ He and Vivien Rosemary Hodge were divorced.¹ He died in 1951.¹

     Timothy Legh Clowes was born in 1932.¹ He is the son of St. John Legh Clowes and Vivien Rosemary Hodge.²

     Susan Carol Clowes was born in 1935.¹ She is the daughter of St. John Legh Clowes and Vivien Rosemary Hodge.²

     Hon. Caroline Napier was baptised on 25 January 1799 at Wilton, Roxburghshire, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Napier, 8th Baron Napier of Merchistoun and Maria Margaret Clavering.¹ She married Nevile Reid on 9 April 1825.² She died on 9 November 1844 at age 45.¹

     Lady Christian Hope was born on 21 March 1714 at Abercorn, West Lothian, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Hope, 1st Earl of Hopetoun and Lady Henrietta Johnstone.¹ She died on 31 May 1799 at age 85.¹
