     Brig.-Gen. Julian Hasler was the son of William Wyndham Hasler.2 He married Edith Gwendoline Orr Ewing, daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard, on 11 August 1908.1 He died on 26 April 1915, killed in action.3
     He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the service of the East Kent Regiment (The Buffs).1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Olive Orr Ewing was the daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard.2 She married Hubert John Bigge, son of Edward Ellison Bigge, on 4 June 1924.1 She died on 28 December 1952.1
      From 4 June 1924, her married name became Bigge. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 1950.1
