     Brig.-Gen. Julian Hasler was the son of William Wyndham Hasler.² He married Edith Gwendoline Orr Ewing, daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard, on 11 August 1908.¹ He died on 26 April 1915, killed in action.³
     He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the service of the East Kent Regiment (The Buffs).¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Olive Orr Ewing was the daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard.² She married Hubert John Bigge, son of Edward Ellison Bigge, on 4 June 1924.¹ She died on 28 December 1952.¹
      From 4 June 1924, her married name became Bigge. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 1950.¹

     Edward Ellison Bigge was born on 15 February 1846.² He was the son of Reverend John Frederick Bigge and Caroline Mary Ellison.² He married Annie Elizabeth Straker, daughter of John Straker, in 1887.² He died in 1909.²
     He lived at Watton House, Hertfordshire, England.² He lived at Ovingham, Northumberland, England.²

     Hubert John Bigge was the son of Edward Ellison Bigge.² He married Olive Orr Ewing, daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard, on 4 June 1924.¹ He died on 11 May 1952.³
     He gained the rank of in the service of the 19th Hussars.¹

     Jean Orr Ewing was the daughter of John Orr Ewing and Ellen Clarissa Kennard.² She died on 17 November 1944, unmarried.¹
     She graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).³ She graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Medicine (B.M.).³ She graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1924 with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.Ch.).¹

     Mary Coombe was the daughter of Reverend A. B. Coombe.² She married John Orr Ewing, son of Sir Archibald Orr Ewing of Ballikinrain, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Lindsay Reid, on 24 October 1914.¹ She died on 15 December 1963.¹
      From 24 October 1914, her married name became Orr Ewing.

     Margaret de Wrenbury is the daughter of Philip de Wrenbury.¹ She married Philip de Egerton, son of David de Egerton and Cicely de Thornton.¹
