     General Lord William Frederick Ernest Seymour was born on 8 December 1838.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley.¹ He married Hon. Eva Anna Caroline Douglas-Pennant, daughter of Edward Gordon Douglas, 1st Baron Penrhyn and Lady Maria Louisa FitzRoy, on 31 August 1871 at Bangor, Caernarvonshire, Wales.² He died on 9 February 1915 at age 76.¹
     General Lord William Frederick Ernest Seymour gained the rank of Midshipman in the service of the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Batlic Campaign in 1854.¹ He fought in the Crimean War in 1856.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Coldstream Guards.¹ On 7 February 1871 he was granted the rank of a marquess' younger son.¹ He was invested as a Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.).¹ He fought in the Egyptian Campaign in 1882.¹ He held the office of Lieutenant of the Tower of London between 1902 and 1905.¹

     Hon. Eva Anna Caroline Douglas-Pennant was born circa 1851 at Penrhyn Castle, Llandegai, Caernarvonshire, Wales.² She was the daughter of Edward Gordon Douglas, 1st Baron Penrhyn and Lady Maria Louisa FitzRoy.¹ She married General Lord William Frederick Ernest Seymour, son of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley, on 31 August 1871 at Bangor, Caernarvonshire, Wales.² She died on 3 January 1934.¹
     Her married name became Seymour.

     Georgina Isabella Seymour was the daughter of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley.¹ She married Charles Corkran on 22 July 1844.¹ She died on 4 December 1848.¹

     Lady Emily Charlotte Seymour was the daughter of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley.¹ She married William Richard Ormsby-Gore, 2nd Baron Harlech on 10 September 1850.¹ She died on 10 January 1892.¹
     Her married name became Ormsby-Gore. On 7 February 1871 she was granted the rank of a marquess' daughter.¹

     William Richard Ormsby-Gore, 2nd Baron Harlech was born on 3 March 1819. He married Lady Emily Charlotte Seymour, daughter of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley, on 10 September 1850.¹ He died on 26 June 1904 at age 85.

     Lady Margaret Ethel Gordon was the daughter of Charles Gordon, 10th Marquess of Huntly and Maria Antoinetta Pegus.¹ She married George Ralph Charles Ormsby-Gore, 3rd Baron Harlech, son of William Richard Ormsby-Gore, 2nd Baron Harlech and Lady Emily Charlotte Seymour, on 25 July 1881.¹ She died on 25 April 1950.¹
     Her married name became Ormsby-Gore.
