She was the daughter of John Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie, 2nd Baron Wharncliffe and Georgiana Elizabeth Ryder.1 She married Sir Henry Francis Seymour Moore, 3rd Marquess of Drogheda, son of Lord Henry Seymour Moore and Hon. Mary Letitia Parnell, on 25 August 1847 at London, England.1 She died on 2 April 1896 at age 69.1
     As a result of her marriage, Hon. Mary Caroline Stuart-Wortley-Mackenzie was styled as Marchioness of Drogheda on 25 August 1847. From 25 August 1847, her married name became Moore.

     Frances Selina Isabella Poyntz was the daughter of William Stephen Poyntz and Hon. Elizabeth Mary Browne.1 She married, firstly, Colonel Robert Cotton St. John Trefusis, 18th Lord Clinton, son of Robert George William Trefusis, 17th Lord Clinton and Albertina Marianna Gaulis, on 4 August 1814.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Sir Horace Beauchamp Seymour, son of Admiral Lord Hugh Seymour and Lady Anne Horatia Waldegrave, in July 1835.1 She died on 29 August 1875 at 28 St. James's Place, London, England, without issue.2 Her will was probated on 17 September 1875, at under £180,000.2
     Frances Selina Isabella Poyntz held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber to Adelaide, the Queen Consort.2 From 4 August 1814, her married name became Trefusis. From July 1835, her married name became Seymour.
