Colonel Archibald Charles William Noel was born on 5 January 1914 at London, England.1 He was the son of Major Hon. Charles Hubert Francis Noel and May Dick.1 He married, firstly, Bridget Mary Fetherstonhaugh, daughter of Brigadier William Albany Fetherstonhaugh, on 30 August 1945.1 He married, secondly, Andrée Maree Duchan, daughter of Pierre Duchan, on 22 December 1977.1 He died on 8 February 1997 at age 83.1
