     Lady Anna Cecilia Bentinck was born on 18 May 1947 at Selborne.1 She is the daughter of Henry Noel Bentinck, 11th Earl of Portland and Pauline Ursula Mellowes.1 She married, firstly, Jasper Hamilton Holmes, son of Commander Cecil Holmes, on 24 July 1965.1 She and Jasper Hamilton Holmes were divorced in 1974.1 She married, secondly, Nicholas George Spafford Vester on 19 July 1975.1 She and Nicholas George Spafford Vester were divorced in 1977.1
     From 24 July 1965, her married name became Holmes. From 19 July 1975, her married name became Vester. Her name was legally changed to Bentinck.1 She lived in 2003 at 64 Croftdown Road, London, England.1
