     René II de Vaudémont, Duc de Lorraine was born on 2 May 1451. He was the son of Frederic VI de Vaudémont, Comte de Vaudémont and Yolande d'Anjou.1 He married, firstly, Jeanne d'Harcourt in 1471. He and Jeanne d'Harcourt were divorced in 1485. He married, secondly, Philippine von Geldern, daughter of Adolf Herzog von Geldern and Catherine de Bourbon, on 1 September 1485. He died on 10 December 1508 at age 57.
     René II de Vaudémont, Duc de Lorraine succeeded to the title of Comte de Vaudémont. He succeeded to the title of Duc de Lorraine in 1473.1

     Philippine von Geldern was the daughter of Adolf Herzog von Geldern and Catherine de Bourbon. She married René II de Vaudémont, Duc de Lorraine, son of Frederic VI de Vaudémont, Comte de Vaudémont and Yolande d'Anjou, on 1 September 1485. She died on 25 February 1547.

     Antoine de Lorraine, Comte de Vaudémont was born in 1400.1 He was the son of Frederick de Lorraine, Comte de Vaudémont and Margaret de Vaudemont. He married Marie d'Harcourt, daughter of Jean VII d'Harcourt, Comte d'Harcourt, in 1417. He died circa 1457.
     Antoine de Lorraine, Comte de Vaudémont gained the title of Comte de Vaudémont. He gained the title of Sire de Joinville.
