     Charles John Murray was born on 1 December 1881.1 He was the son of Charles Archibald Murray and Blanche Moncreiffe.1 He died on 27 October 1914 at age 32, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of North Nigeria between 1907 and 1909.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of British East Africa between 1909 and 1911.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     From 10 July 1919, her married name became Pinder.1

     Brigadier Harold Senhouse Pinder was born in 1889 at Woolwich, London, England.2 He was the son of Reverend Jame Gould Pinder and Mabel Ozzard.1,3 He married Lilian Edith Murray, daughter of Charles Archibald Murray and Blanche Moncreiffe, on 10 July 1919.1 He died on 20 December 1974.1
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Leicestershire Regiment.1

     Reverend Jame Gould Pinder was born on 15 March 1857 at Barnstaple, Devon, England.2 He was the son of Reverend Humphrey Senhouse Pinder and Maria Gould.2 He married Mabel Ozzard in 1886 at Alverstoke, Hampshire, England.2 He died on 31 May 1890 at age 33 at Portobello Barracks, Rathmines, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He was buried at Grangegorman Military Cemetery, Cabra, County Dublin, Ireland.2
