     Charles John Murray was born on 1 December 1881.1 He was the son of Charles Archibald Murray and Blanche Moncreiffe.1 He died on 27 October 1914 at age 32, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of North Nigeria between 1907 and 1909.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of British East Africa between 1909 and 1911.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Brigadier Harold Senhouse Pinder was the son of Reverend J. G. Pinder.1 He married Lilian Edith Murray, daughter of Charles Archibald Murray and Blanche Moncreiffe, on 10 July 1919.1 He died on 20 December 1974.1
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Leicestershire Regiment.1

     John Humphrey Murray Pinder was born on 20 June 1924.1 He is the son of Brigadier Harold Senhouse Pinder and Lilian Edith Murray.1 He married Pauline Hawtayne Lewin, daughter of Herbert William Lewin, on 2 April 1964.1
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1943 and 1947 in the Royal Artillery.1 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He wrote the book Britain and the Common Market, published 1961.1 He was a Professor between 1970 and 1999 at College of Europe, Bruges, BelgiumG.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1973.1 He wrote the book The Building of the European Union, published 1998.1 He wrote the book The European Union, published 2001.1 He lived in 2003 at 26 Bloomfield Terrace, London, EnglandG.1
