Sir Hugh Trevor Dawson, 2nd Bt. was born on 17 January 1893.3 He was the son of Sir Arthur Trevor Dawson, 1st Bt. and Louise Grant.2 He married Vera Anne Loch Halliday, daughter of Sir Frederick Loch Halliday, on 30 March 1918.3 He died on 14 February 1983 at age 90.3

Middlesex [U.K., 1920] on 19 May 1931.3 He was a director of Decca Navigator Company between 1945 and 1975.3 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1950.3
