     Frances Dean was born on 22 October 1908 at New York, U.S.A..1 She was the daughter of Edwin Morgan Dean. She married, firstly, Hon. Cecil John Arthur Howard, son of Henry Molyneux Paget Howard, 19th Earl of Suffolk and Margaret Hyde Leiter, on 12 February 1939 at Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A..2 She married, secondly, David Brown in 1992.3 She died on 17 January 2000 at age 91 at Irvine, California, U.S.A..3
     As of circa 1933, Frances Dean used the stage-name of Frances Drake created by Paramount Studios.2 She was a Hollywood film actress.1
