     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) and bar.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     Rosamond Catharine Petre was born on 25 August 1857.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Edmund George Petre and Mary Anne Jane Kerr.1 She married, firstly, William Henry Hare Hedges-White, 4th Earl of Bantry, son of William Henry Hare Hedges-White, 3rd Earl of Bantry and Jane Herbert, on 18 February 1886 at Rome, ItalyG.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Arthur William Hill-Trevor, 2nd Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt, son of Arthur Edwin Hill, 1st Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt and Mary Emily Sutton, on 7 December 1897 at Christ Church, Down Street, Picadilly, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 5 February 1942 at age 84.2
     After her marriage, Rosamond Catharine Petre was styled as Countess of Bantry on 18 February 1886. From 18 February 1886, her married name became Hedges-White.1 Her married name became Hill-Trevor. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1918.3

     William Henry Hare Hedges-White, 4th Earl of Bantry was born on 2 July 1854.1 He was the son of William Henry Hare Hedges-White, 3rd Earl of Bantry and Jane Herbert.1 He married Rosamond Catharine Petre, daughter of Hon. Edmund George Petre and Mary Anne Jane Kerr, on 18 February 1886 at Rome, ItalyG.1 He died on 30 November 1891 at age 37 at Mount Merrion, County Dublin, IrelandG.1
     He was educated between 1868 and 1870 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Bantry, of Bantry, co. Cork [I., 1797] on 15 January 1884. He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Bantry, of Bantry, co. Cork [I., 1816] on 15 January 1884.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Berehaven [I., 1816] on 15 January 1884.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Bantry, of Bantry, co. Cork [I., 1800] on 15 January 1884.1
     On his death, the Earldom of Bantry and his other titles became extinct.1

Arthur William Hill-Trevor, 2nd Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt was born on 19 November 1852.2 He was the son of Arthur Edwin Hill, 1st Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt and Mary Emily Sutton.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Annie Mary Eleanor Fraser, daughter of Alexander Fraser, 18th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Charlotte Evans, on 30 August 1893.2 He married, secondly, Rosamond Catharine Petre, daughter of Hon. Edmund George Petre and Mary Anne Jane Kerr, on 7 December 1897 at Christ Church, Down Street, Picadilly, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 19 May 1923 at age 70, without surviving issue.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Denbighshire.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt, co. Denbigh [U.K., 1880] on 25 December 1894.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Life Guards.2 He was Commandant of the Denbighshire Volunteer Regiment between 1917 and 1920.2

     Hon. Annie Mary Eleanor Fraser was born on 8 February 1857.1 She was the daughter of Alexander Fraser, 18th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Charlotte Evans.1,2 She married, firstly, Robert Nathaniel Cecil George Curzon, 15th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth), son of Robert Curzon, 14th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) and Emily Julia Wilmot-Horton, on 15 July 1875.1 She and Robert Nathaniel Cecil George Curzon, 15th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) were divorced on 8 September 1876.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Arthur William Hill-Trevor, 2nd Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt, son of Arthur Edwin Hill, 1st Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt and Mary Emily Sutton, on 30 August 1893.2 She died on 10 May 1895 at age 38, without issue.2
     From 15 July 1875, her married name became Curzon. From 30 August 1893, her married name became Hill-Trevor. After her marriage, Hon. Annie Mary Eleanor Fraser was styled as Baroness Trevor of Brynkinalt on 25 December 1894.
