     Hon. Francesca Sainsbury was born in 1978.¹ She is the daughter of David John Sainsbury, Baron Sainsbury of Turville and Susan Carol Reid.¹

     Bertha Iris Eyre Crabbe was the daughter of Brig.-Gen. Eyre Macdonnell Stewart Crabbe.² She married Sir William Matthew Trevor Lawrence, 3rd Bt., son of Sir James John Trevor Lawrence, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Mathew, on 24 February 1908.¹ She died on 16 June 1955.¹
     She was decorated with the award of the Victoria Medal of Horticulture.¹ Bertha Iris Eyre Crabbe usually went by her middle name of Iris.¹ From 24 February 1908, her married name became Lawrence.

     Julia Ann Augusta Carlyon was born in 1848 at Maidstone, Kent, England.¹ She was the daughter of Major Thomas Tristram Spry Carlyon and Mary Ann Shrubsole.¹ She married Alexander Keith Carlyon, son of Reverend Philip Carlyon and Grace Julia Young, on 24 April 1873.¹

     Roger Fettiplace Lawrence was born on 19 August 1919.¹ He was the son of Sir William Matthew Trevor Lawrence, 3rd Bt. and Bertha Iris Eyre Crabbe.² He died on 15 January 1944 at age 24 at Italy, shot by the Germans after escaping from a POW Camp.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Artillery.¹

     Mary Barbara Lawrence was born on 26 February 1909.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Matthew Trevor Lawrence, 3rd Bt. and Bertha Iris Eyre Crabbe.² She married Alfred Alexander Gordon Clark, son of Henry Herbert Gordon Clark, on 9 September 1933.¹ She died on 17 September 1975 at age 66.¹
      From 9 September 1933, her married name became Clark.
