     Lady Helen Boyle was the daughter of John Boyle, 2nd Earl of Glasgow and Helen Morison. She married Sir James Douglas, 1st Bt. on 5 November 1768. She died on 17 October 1794.
     Her married name became Douglas.

     Sir James Douglas, 1st Bt. married, firstly, Helen Brisbane, daughter of Thomas Brisbane, in 1753. He married, secondly, Lady Helen Boyle, daughter of John Boyle, 2nd Earl of Glasgow and Helen Morison, on 5 November 1768. He died on 2 November 1787.
     Sir James Douglas, 1st Bt. gained the title of 1st Baronet Douglas.
