Richard Potter was born in 1817 at Manchester, Lancashire, England.2 He is the son of Richard Potter and Mary Seddon.2 He married Lawrencina Heyworth, daughter of Lawrence Heyworth and Elizabeth Aked, in 1844.2 He died in March 1892 at Stroud, Gloucestershire, England.2

Sir Robert Tristram Ricketts, 8th Bt. was born on 17 April 1946. He was the son of Sir Robert Cornwallis Gerald St. Leger Ricketts, 7th Bt. and Anne Theresa Cripps. He married Ann Lewis, daughter of Eric William Charles Lewis, in 1969.1 He died circa 10 November 2007 at St. Christopher's Hospice.1
