     Richard Potter was born on 23 July 1817 at Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire, England.2,3,4,5,6,7 He was the son of Richard Potter and Mary Seddon.8 He married Lawrencina Heyworth, daughter of Lawrence Heyworth and Elizabeth Aked, on 13 August 1844 at St. Mary the Virgin, West Derby, Lancashire, England.7 He died on 11 January 1892 at age 74 at Standish House, Stroud, Gloucestershire, England.7

Marian Emily Ellis

     Marian Emily Ellis was the daughter of Rt. Hon. John Edward Ellis. She married Charles Alfred Cripps, 1st Baron Parmoor, son of Henry William Cripps and Julia Lawrence, on 14 July 1919.1 She died on 6 July 1952.1
     As a result of her marriage, Marian Emily Ellis was styled as Baroness Parmoor on 14 July 1919. From 14 July 1919, her married name became Cripps.1

     Sir Robert Tristram Ricketts, 8th Bt. was born on 17 April 1946. He was the son of Sir Robert Cornwallis Gerald St. Leger Ricketts, 7th Bt. and Anne Theresa Cripps. He married Ann Lewis, daughter of Eric William Charles Lewis, in 1969.1 He died circa 10 November 2007 at St. Christopher's Hospice.1
     He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Ricketts on 6 October 2005.
