Hon. Richard Blackett Beaumont was born on 13 August 1926.2 He is the son of Wentworth Henry Canning Beaumont, 2nd Viscount Allendale and Violet Lucy Emily Seely.1,2 He married Lavinia Mary Keppel, daughter of Lt.-Col. Arnold Ramsay Keppel and Laura Margaret Martin, on 12 October 1971.1
