Sir Edward Nicholas Canning Beaumont was born on 14 December 1929.¹ He is the son of Sir Wentworth Henry Canning Beaumont, 2nd Viscount Allendale and Violet Lucy Emily Seely.¹ He married Jane Caroline Falconer Wallace, daughter of Alexander Lewis Paget Falconer Wallace, on 8 October 1953.¹

     Jane Caroline Falconer Wallace was the daughter of Alexander Lewis Paget Falconer Wallace.¹ She married Hon. Sir Edward Nicholas Canning Beaumont, son of Sir Wentworth Henry Canning Beaumont, 2nd Viscount Allendale and Violet Lucy Emily Seely, on 8 October 1953.¹ She died on 2 February 2007.²
     From 8 October 1953, her married name became Beaumont.¹
