     Albert Philip Payne-Gallwey was born on 13 December 1871. He was the son of Captain Philip Payne-Gallwey and Frances Warburton. He married Katherine Mary Vaughan-Lee, daughter of Major Vaughan Hanning Vaughan-Lee, on 17 October 1900. He died on 7 July 1931 at age 59.

     Margaret Mary Coghlan was the daughter of James Coghlan.1 She married, firstly, George L'Estrange.2 She married, secondly, Colonel Arthur Blennerhassett, son of Thomas Blennerhassett and Avice Spring.2 She married, thirdly, Valentine Richard Quin, 1st Earl of Dunraven and Mount-Earl, son of Windham Quin and Frances Dawson, on 26 February 1816.1 She died on 6 November 1821.1
     Her married name became L'Estrange.2 Her married name became Blennerhassett.2 From 26 February 1816, her married name became Quin.1 As a result of her marriage, Margaret Mary Coghlan was styled as Viscountess Mount-Earl on 26 February 1816.
