     Mary Agnes Winwood Smith was the daughter of Sir William Smith, 3rd Bt. and Susan Parker.2 She married, firstly, Rev. Sir Thomas Collingwood Hughes, 8th Bt., son of Rev. Sir Robert Hughes, 3rd Bt. and Bethia Hiscutt, on 20 April 1881.1 She married, secondly, Robert Halliday Gunning in November 1890.1 She died on 19 October 1932.1
     From 20 April 1881, her married name became Hughes.1 From November 1890, her married name became Gunning.1
