     Frances Maria de Winton was born before 1819 at Hay Castle, Breconshire, Wales.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Walter de Winton and Maria Jacoba Chiappini.1 She married Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, 3rd Baron Newborough, son of Thomas Wynn, 1st Baron Newborough and Maria Stella Petronilla Chiappini, on 10 May 1834. She died on 18 November 1857.
     Her married name became Wynn.

Robert William Romer and Frances Clarissa Simons.1 She married Charles Henry Wynn, son of Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, 3rd Baron Newborough and Frances Maria de Winton, on 31 August 1876 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.1 She died on 27 October 1919.1
     Her married name became Wynn.
