     Frances Maria de Winton was born before 1819 at Hay Castle, Breconshire, Wales.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Walter de Winton and Maria Jacoba Chiappini.1 She married Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, 3rd Baron Newborough, son of Sir Thomas Wynn, 1st Baron Newborough and Maria Stella Petronilla Chiappini, on 10 May 1834. She died on 18 November 1857.
     Her married name became Wynn.
