     Christopher Edward Vavasour was born on 28 April 1938. He is the son of Edward Joseph Henry Vavasour and Mary Leslie. He married, firstly, Cecilie Morris on 29 June 1963.1 He and Cecilie Morris were divorced on 14 November 1986.1 He married, secondly, Penelope Joanne Luetchford in 1987.1
