Edward FitzRoy St. Aubyn was born on 12 March 1907. He was the son of Guy Stewart St. Aubyn and Florita Catherine Grenfell. He married Eileen Margaret Meyrick, daughter of Ferdinand Richard Holmes Meyrick, on 28 September 1933. He died on 24 May 1943 at age 36, killed in action, off the coast of Holland.
