     Margaret Aline Majendie was the daughter of Lewis Ashhurst Majendie.1 She married Field Marshal Francis Wallace Grenfell, 1st Baron Grenfell, son of Pascoe St. Leger Grenfell and Catherine Anne Dupré, on 8 August 1903.1 She died on 24 August 1911.1
     She held the office of Maid Honour to HM Queen Victoria.1 After her marriage, Margaret Aline Majendie was styled as Lady Grenfell on 8 August 1903. From 8 August 1903, her married name became Grenfell.1
