Thomas Brand, 20th Lord Dacre was born on 25 March 1774 at The Hoo, Hertfordshire, England.1 He was the son of Thomas Brand and Gertrude Roper, Baroness Dacre.1 He married Barberina Ogle, daughter of Admiral Sir Chaloner Ogle, 1st Bt. and Hester Thomas, on 4 December 1819.1 He died on 21 March 1851 at age 76 at The Hoo, Hertfordshire, England.1

(Whig) for Hertfordshire between 1807 and 1819.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
