Pierrepont Rodney Miller Mundy was born on 16 July 1891. He was the son of Admiral Godfrey Harry Brudges Mundy and Rose Mundy.
Pierrepont Rodney Miller Mundy was commander of the D Company, 4th (Service) Battalion, The South Wales Borderers in 1915.1 He fought in the Gallipoli Campaign in 1915, including the Battle of Chunuk Bair.1
