     Edmund Fortescue Twysden was born on 8 August 1832.1 He was the son of Reverend Thomas Twysden and Elizabeth Fortescue.1 He died on 11 February 1864 at age 31, on his way from India.1
     Edmund Fortescue Twysden gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 55th Regiment.1

     Isabella Elizabeth Twysden was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Twysden and Elizabeth Fortescue.1 She married, firstly, Charles Hugh Hoare, son of George Matthew Hoare, on 31 December 1850.1 She married, secondly, Rt. Hon. Sir James Fergusson of Kilkerran, 6th Bt., son of Charles Fergusson and Helen Boyle, on 5 April 1893.1 She died on 10 February 1910.1
     From 31 December 1850, her married name became Hoare.1 From 5 April 1893, her married name became Fergusson.1
