     Iona Shiela Haig was born on 22 August 1941.1 She is the daughter of Oliver Peter Haig and Rosamond Mary Ponsonby.1 She married Rear-Admiral Anthony Wheatley on 17 November 1962.1
     From 17 November 1962, her married name became Wheatley.1 She lived in 2003 at 2 Claridge Court, Munster Road, London, England.1

     Sir James Francis Bernard, 4th Earl of Bandon was born on 12 September 1850.1 He was the son of Francis Bernard, 3rd Earl of Bandon and Catherine Mary Whitmore.1 He married Hon. Georgiana Dorothea Harriet Evans-Freke, daughter of Sir George Patrick Percy Evans-Freke, 7th Baron Carbery and Harriet Maria Catherine Shuldham, on 22 June 1876 at St. Michael's, Chester Square, London, England.1 He died on 18 May 1924 at age 73 at 23 Prince's Gardens, London, England.2
     Sir James Francis Bernard, 4th Earl of Bandon was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He held the office of Sheriff of County Cork in 1875.1 He held the office of State Steward to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1876 and 1877.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of County Cork in 1877.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Bandon, of Bandonbridge, co. Cork [I., 1795] on 17 February 1877.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Bernard [I., 1800] on 17 February 1877.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Bandon, of Bandonbridge, co.      Hon. Georgiana Dorothea Harriet Evans-Freke was born on 3 November 1853.1 She was the daughter of Sir George Patrick Percy Evans-Freke, 7th Baron Carbery and Harriet Maria Catherine Shuldham.1 She married Sir James Francis Bernard, 4th Earl of Bandon, son of Francis Bernard, 3rd Earl of Bandon and Catherine Mary Whitmore, on 22 June 1876 at St. Michael's, Chester Square, London, England.1 She died on 29 June 1942 at age 88.2
     From 22 June 1876, her married name became Bernard.1 As a result of her marriage, Hon. Georgiana Dorothea Harriet Evans-Freke was styled as Countess of Bandon on 17 February 1877. She was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.3

     Percy Evans-Freke was born in April 1774.1 He was the son of Sir John Evans-Freke, 1st Bt. and Lady Elizabeth Gore.2 He married Dorothea Harvey, daughter of Reverend Christopher Harvey, in 1797.3 He died on 9 September 1844 at age 70.1
