     Baroness Anne Louise de Graevenitz was the daughter of Baron Nicholas Werner Alexander de Graevenitz.1 She married Major Denis James Alexander, 6th Earl of Caledon, son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Herbrand Charles Alexander and Millicent Valla Meredyth, on 31 December 1952.1 She died on 20 July 1963.1

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Herbrand Charles Alexander was born on 28 November 1888.3 He was the son of Major Sir James Alexander, 4th Earl of Caledon and Lady Elizabeth Graham Graham-Toler.2 He married, firstly, Millicent Valla Meredyth, daughter of Sir Henry Bayly Meredyth, 5th Bt., on 11 February 1919.3 He and Millicent Valla Meredyth were divorced in 1927.3 He married, secondly, Hon. Ada Kate Bellew, daughter of Hon. Richard Eustace Bellew and Ada Kate Gilbey, on 1 July 1937.1 He died on 6 May 1965 at age 76.1
     Lt.-Col. Hon. Herbrand Charles Alexander was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.3 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.3 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.3 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 5th Lancers.3 He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1915.3 He fought in the Second World War.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Pioneer Corps.3

Herbrand Charles Alexander, son of Major Sir James Alexander, 4th Earl of Caledon and Lady Elizabeth Graham Graham-Toler, on 1 July 1937.1 She died in July 1994.1
     From 1 March 1917, her married name became Domvile. On 19 October 1935 she was granted the rank of baron's daughter.1 From 1 July 1937, her married name became Alexander.
