     Pownoll Irving Edward Pellew, 9th Viscount Exmouth was born on 28 May 1908.2 He was the son of Edward Irving Pownoll Pellew and Frances Edwards.1 He married Maria Luisa de Urquijo, daughter of Luis de Urquijo, Marques de Amurrio, on 2 January 1938.2 He died on 2 December 1970 at age 62.2
     Pownoll Irving Edward Pellew, 9th Viscount Exmouth was educated Oundle.2 He gained the title of 9th Viscount Exmouth.
