     Lady Clare Rohais Antonia Elizabeth Giffard was born on 23 June 1944.¹ She is the daughter of John Anthony Hardinge Giffard, 3rd Earl of Halsbury and Ismay Catherine Crichton-Stuart.² She married Colonel Oliver John Martin Lindsay, son of Sir Martin Alexander Lindsay, 1st Bt. and Joyce Emily Lindsay, on 27 October 1964.¹
      From 27 October 1964, her married name became Lindsay. She lived in 2003 at Church Farm, Beer Hackett, Sherborne, Dorset, England.¹

     Captain Alick John Archibald Cubitt was born on 10 August 1927.¹ He was the son of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Lady Irene Helen Pratt.¹ He married, firstly, Rosemary Priscilla Gouldsmith, daughter of Thomas Cecil Gouldsmith, on 1 December 1956.¹ He married, secondly, Jennifer Faith Gott, daughter of Lt.-Gen. William Henry Ewart Gott and Pamela Frances Mary Kays, on 30 June 1961.¹ He died in 1983.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Dragoons.¹

     Mark Robin Cubitt was born on 13 June 1936.¹ He was the son of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Sibell Margaret Norman.¹ He married Juliet Perpetua Woodall, daughter of Edward Woodall, on 21 July 1962.¹ He and Juliet Perpetua Woodall were divorced in 1984.¹ He died in 1991.¹
      Mark Robin Cubitt usually went by his middle name of Robin.¹ He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland.¹

     Mary Sibell Cubitt was born on 21 April 1938.¹ She was the daughter of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Sibell Margaret Norman.¹ She died on 5 April 1940 at age 1.¹

     Stafford Henry Northcote, 4th Earl of Iddesleigh was born on 14 July 1932.¹ He was the son of Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh and Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes.² He married Maria Luisa Alvarez-Builla y Urquijo, Contesa del Real Agrado, daughter of Don Gonzalo Alvarez-Builla y Alvera and Maria Luisa de Urquijo, Marquesa de Olias, on 20 July 1955.¹ He died on 8 July 2004 at age 71.³
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1951 in the service of the Irish Guards.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Earl of Iddesleigh [U.K., 1885] on 16 February 1970.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Viscount Saint Cyres of Newton Saint Cyres, co. Devon [U.K., 1885] on 16 February 1970.⁴ He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Northcote, of Hayne, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 16 February 1970.¹ He was a director of Devon & Exeter Steeplechases Ltd in 1975.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon in 1979.¹ He was a director of TV SW plc between 1982 and 1992.¹ He was a director of TSB Group between 1986 and 1987.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Knight of Honour and Devotion, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.¹ He was a director of Gemini Radio in 1993.⁴ He was a director of Orchard Media in 1996.¹ He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon between 1999 and 2002.¹

     Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes was the daughter of Frederic Sawrey Archibald Lowndes.² She married Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh, son of Rev. Hon. John Stafford Northcote and Hilda Cardew Farrar, on 14 May 1930.¹ She died in 1991.³
     As a result of her marriage, Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes was styled as Countess of Iddesleigh on 14 May 1930. From 14 May 1930, her married name became Northcote. She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon in 1951.¹

     Maria Luisa Alvarez-Builla y Urquijo, Contesa del Real Agrado is the daughter of Don Gonzalo Alvarez-Builla y Alvera and Maria Luisa de Urquijo, Marquesa de Olias. She married Stafford Henry Northcote, 4th Earl of Iddesleigh, son of Henry Stafford Northcote, 3rd Earl of Iddesleigh and Elizabeth Susan Angela Mary Lowndes, on 20 July 1955.¹
      Maria Luisa Alvarez-Builla y Urquijo, Contesa del Real Agrado also went by the nick-name of Mima.¹ Her married name became Northcote. As a result of her marriage, Maria Luisa Alvarez-Builla y Urquijo, Contesa del Real Agrado was styled as Countess of Iddesleigh on 16 February 1970. She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon in 1987.¹ She was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹

     Don Gonzalo Alvarez-Builla y Alvera married Maria Luisa de Urquijo, Marquesa de Olias, daughter of Luis de Urquijo, Marqués de Amurrio, before 1938.¹ He died before 1938.

     Maria Luisa de Urquijo, Marquesa de Olias is the daughter of Luis de Urquijo, Marqués de Amurrio. She married, firstly, Don Gonzalo Alvarez-Builla y Alvera before 1938.² She married, secondly, Pownoll Irving Edward Pellew, 9th Viscount Exmouth, son of Edward Irving Pownoll Pellew, 8th Viscount Exmouth and Frances Edwards, on 2 January 1938.¹
      Her married name became Pellew. She succeeded to the title of Marquesa de Olias [Spain, 1652] in 1940.¹ As a result of her marriage, Maria Luisa de Urquijo, Marquesa de Olias was styled as Viscountess Exmouth on 19 August 1951.
