He married, firstly, Clarissa Marie Lockett, daughter of George Vivian Lockett and Alice Jeannine (?), in 1978. He and Clarissa Marie Lockett were divorced in 1995. He married, secondly, Amanda Atha in 1995.

     Nan Ino Herbert, Baroness Lucas of Crudwell succeeded to the title of 6th Baroness Dingwall on 4 November 1916. She succeeded to the title of 10th Baroness Lucas of Crudwell on 4 November 1916, suo jure. Her married name became Cooper.

     Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert was born on 18 June 1838.1 He was the son of Henry John George Herbert, 3rd Earl of Carnarvon and Henrietta Anna Howard.2 He married Lady Florence Amabell Cowper, daughter of George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper and Anne Florence de Grey, Baroness Lucas, on 9 August 1871.1 He died on 5 November 1906 at age 68.1
     Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 7th Hussars.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Nottingham between 1870 and 1874.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.) by Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1
