     Anne Elizabeth Phillips is the daughter of Colonel Geoffrey Phillips and Pamela Frances Ada Ridley.1 She married Charles Ughtred John Kay-Shuttleworth, 4th Baron Shuttleworth, son of T/Captain Hon. Edward James Kay-Shuttleworth and Sibell Eleanor Maud Adeane, on 5 November 1947.
     Her married name became Kay-Shuttleworth.

     Colonel Geoffrey Phillips was born on 3 May 1880 at Kensington, London, England.1 He married Pamela Frances Ada Ridley, daughter of Arthur William Ridley and Adriana Elizabeth Newton, on 6 April 1920 at Nairobi, Kenya.1
     Colonel Geoffrey Phillips was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1
