     Dorothy Rita Furey is the daughter of Michael James Furey.1 She married David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty, son of Admiral David Beatty, 1st Earl Beatty and Ethel Field, on 7 February 1946.1 She and David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty were divorced in 1950.1
     As a result of her marriage, Dorothy Rita Furey was styled as Countess Beatty on 7 February 1946. Her married name became Beatty.

     David Beatty, 3rd Earl Beatty was born on 21 November 1946.1 He is the son of David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty and Dorothy Rita Furey.1 He married, firstly, Anne Please, daughter of A. Please, in 1971.1 He and Anne Please were divorced in 1983.1 He married, secondly, Anoma Corinne Wijewardene, daughter of Ray Wijewardene, in 1984.1
     David Beatty, 3rd Earl Beatty was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Beatty, of the North Sea and of Brooksby, co. Leicester [U.K., 1919] on 10 June 1972.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Earl Beatty [U.K., 1919] on 10 June 1972.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Viscount Borodale, of Wexford, co.      Dorothy Power was the daughter of Thomas Sarsfield Kent Power.1 She married, firstly, Harry Ester Reynolds Hall before 1937.2 She married, secondly, David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty, son of Admiral David Beatty, 1st Earl Beatty and Ethel Field, on 21 April 1937.1 She and David Field Beatty, 2nd Earl Beatty were divorced in 1945.3 She married, thirdly, John Gordon Baragwanath between 1945 and 1954.2 She married, fourthly, Peregrine Francis Adelbert Cust, 6th Baron Brownlow of Belton, son of Adelbert Salusbury Cockayne Cust, 5th Baron Brownlow of Belton and Maud Buckle, on 10 December 1954.2 She died on 11 May 1966.2
     From before 1937, her married name became Hall.2 As a result of her marriage, Dorothy Power was styled as Countess Beatty on 21 April 1937. From 21 April 1937, her married name became Beatty. From between 1945 and 1954, her married name became Baragwanath.2 As a result of her marriage, Dorothy Power was styled as Baroness Brownlow of Belton on 10 December 1954.
