Frances Maria Warren was the daughter of Admiral Sir John Borlase Warren, 1st Bt. She married George Charles Vernon, 4th Baron Vernon, son of Henry Venables-Vernon, 3rd Baron Vernon and Elizabeth Rebecca Anne Sedley, on 5 August 1802. She died on 17 September 1837.
Her married name became Vernon. In March 1826 she inherited the estates of the Warren family from Elizabeth Harriet Warren, widow of Thomas James Warren-Bulkeley, 7th Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel, even though they were only ninth cousins twice removed.1
