     Sir Charles Mark Dalrymple, 3rd Bt. was born on 13 May 1915.2 He was the son of Sir David Charles Herbert Dalrymple, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Anna McTaggart-Stewart.3 He married Lady Antonia Marian Amy Isabel Stewart, daughter of Randolph Algernon Ronald Stewart, 12th Earl of Galloway and Philippa Fendall Wendell, on 5 April 1946.1 He died on 29 June 1971 at age 56, without issue.1
     Sir Charles Mark Dalrymple, 3rd Bt. usually went by his middle name of Mark.1 He was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, England.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Dalrymple, of Newhailes, co. Midlothian [U.K., 1887] on 2 December 1932.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th/5th (Q.E.) Battalion, Royal Scots.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1937 and 1940 in the The Royal Regiment.2 He gained the rank of A.C.I. in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1945.2

     Lily May Miller was born on 26 October 1916. She was the daughter of Andrew Miller.1 She married, firstly, John Miller in 1936. She and John Miller were divorced before 1952. She married, secondly, Randolph Keith Reginald Stewart, 13th Earl of Galloway, son of Randolph Algernon Ronald Stewart, 12th Earl of Galloway and Philippa Fendall Wendell, on 17 October 1975.1 She died on 29 October 1999 at age 83.1
     From 1936, her married name became Miller. From 17 October 1975, her married name became Stewart.

Walter Robert Stewart and Esmé Winifred Mary Grenfell.1,2 He married Daphne Marion Bonsor, daughter of Sir Reginald Bonsor, 2nd Bt. and Nancy Frances Walrond, on 1 June 1948.1 He died on 7 September 1985 at age 70 at Ipswich, Suffolk, England.1,3
