     Sub-Lieutenant Michael Ernest Brabazon Acheson was born on 17 December 1923.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Patrick George Edward Cavendish Acheson and Norah Wiseman Jones.1 He died on 4 October 1944 at age 20, killed in a flying accident while on active service.1
     He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Fleet Air Arm, Royal Navy.1

Frederick William Stanley, son of Frederick Arthur Stanley, 16th Earl of Derby and Lady Constance Villiers, on 17 June 1905.1 She died on 21 January 1958.1
     Her married name became Stanley.

     Lieutenant Nicholas Archibald Edward Patrick Acheson was born on 23 May 1917.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Patrick George Edward Cavendish Acheson and Norah Wiseman Jones.1 He died on 29 May 1941 at age 24 at Crete, GreeceG, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Battle of Crete.

     Archibald Charles Montagu Brabazon Acheson, 5th Earl of Gosford was born on 26 May 1877.1 He was the son of Archibald Brabazon Sparrow Acheson, 4th Earl of Gosford and Lady Louisa Augusta Beatrice Montagu.1 He married, firstly, Caroline Mildred Carter, daughter of John Ridgely Carter, on 21 June 1910.1 He married, secondly, Beatrice Clafin, daughter of Arthur Clafin, on 1 October 1928.1 He and Caroline Mildred Carter were divorced in 1928.2 He died on 20 March 1954 at age 76.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded twice, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Armagh.1 He was appointed Knight of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.G.St.J.)1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Gosford of Market Hill, co. Armagh [I., 1776] on 11 April 1922.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Acheson, of Market Hill [in Clonekearney], co. Armagh [N.S., 1628] on 11 April 1922.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Gosford [I., 1806] on 11 April 1922.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Gosford of Market Hill, co. Armagh [I., 1785] on 11 April 1922.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Acheson of Clancairney, co. Armagh [U.K., 1847] on 11 April 1922.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Worlingham of Beccles, co. Suffolk [U.K., 1835] on 11 April 1922.1

Patrick George Edward Cavendish Acheson was born on 30 June 1883.1 He was the son of Archibald Brabazon Sparrow Acheson, 4th Earl of Gosford and Lady Louisa Augusta Beatrice Montagu.1 He married Norah Wiseman Jones, daughter of Alfred Jones, on 24 December 1915.1 He died on 30 August 1957 at age 74.1
     He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1904.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1915.1 He was awarded the Order of St. Stanislas of Russia 2nd Class with Swords.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1 He was commanding officer of the British Naval Flotilla on the Rhine between 1919 and 1921.1

     Norah Wiseman Jones was born on 18 December 1894.2 She was the daughter of Alfred Jones.1 She married Captain Hon. Patrick George Edward Cavendish Acheson, son of Archibald Brabazon Sparrow Acheson, 4th Earl of Gosford and Lady Louisa Augusta Beatrice Montagu, on 24 December 1915.1 She died on 18 September 1970 at age 75.1
     Her married name became Acheson.
