Sir Cecil Clementi was born on 1 September 1875 at Cawnpore, Bengal, India.2 He was the son of Montague Clementi and Isabel Collard.2 He was baptised on 30 September 1875 at Cawnpore, Bengal, India.2 He married Marie Penelope Rose Eyres, daughter of Admiral Cresswell J. Eyres, in 1912. He died after 1949.
He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.).1 He lived at Holmer Court, Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, England.1
