     Alice Georgina Legge was born on 10 June 1875.2 She was the daughter of Reverend Augustus George Legge and Alice Mary Greenwood.1,2 She married Reverend William Arthur Douglas-Hamilton, son of Alfred Douglas-Hamilton and Adelaide Black, on 12 April 1923.1 She died on 1 February 1958 at age 82.1
     From 12 April 1923, her married name became Douglas-Hamilton.

     Reverend Augustus George Legge was born on 20 January 1835.1 He is the son of Reverend Henry Legge and Elizabeth Maria Douglas.1 He married Alice Mary Greenwood, daughter of John Greenwood, on 25 August 1864.1 He died on 9 January 1906 at age 70.1
     Reverend Augustus George Legge graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Vicar at North Elmham, Norfolk, England.1
