     Francis Vaughan, Lord Vaughan was born before 1639.2 He was the son of Richard Vaughan, 2nd Earl of Carbery and Frances Altham.2 He married Lady Rachel Wriothesley, daughter of Thomas Wriothesley, 4th Earl of Southampton and Rachel de Massue, circa 1653.2 He died on 7 March 1666/67.2
     Francis Vaughan, Lord Vaughan was styled as Lord Vaughan.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Carmarthen between 1661 and 1667.2

     Cecilia Mary Mount is the daughter of Sir William Malcolm Mount, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Nance Llewellyn.1,2 She married Sir William Stratford Dugdale, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Francis Stratford Dugdale, 1st Bt. and Margaret Gilmour, on 17 October 1967.1
