     He lived at Swillington, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Great Preston, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Garforth, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Pontefract between 1661 and 1678.1 He also had four other daughters.1

     Jane Busfeild was born in 1615.1 She is the daughter of William Busfeild.2 She married Sir William Lowther, son of Sir John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming.3
     She was also known as Jane Busfield.4

     Sir John Lowther, 1st Bt. was born on 20 February 1605 at Lowther Hall, Lowther, Westmorland, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Sir John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming. He married, secondly, Elizabeth Hare, daughter of Sir John Hare and Hon. Elizabeth Coventry.1 He married, firstly, Mary Fletcher, daughter of Sir Richard Fletcher and Barbara Crackanthorpe, before 1655.3 He died on 30 November 1675 at age 70.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Westmorland from 1628 to 1629.2 He was created 1st Baronet Lowther, of Lowther, co. Westmorland [Nova Scotia] in 1638.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Westmorland in 1660.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Cumberland from 1661 to 1662.2 He lived at Ackworth Moor Top, Yorkshire, EnglandG.

     Mary Fletcher is the daughter of Sir Richard Fletcher and Barbara Crackanthorpe.1 She married Sir John Lowther, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming, before 1655.1

     Elizabeth Hare was the daughter of Sir John Hare and Hon. Elizabeth Coventry.1,2 She married, secondly, Sir John Lowther, 1st Bt., son of Sir John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming.1 She married, firstly, Woolley Leigh.3 She died before 21 October 1699.3
     Her married name became Leigh. Her married name became Lowther.1

     Sir Christopher Lowther, 1st Bt. was the son of Sir John Lowther and Eleanor Fleming.1 He married Frances Lancaster, daughter of Christopher Lancaster.1 He died in September 1644.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Cumberland in 1640.1 He was created 1st Baronet Lowther, of Whitehaven [England] on 11 June 1642.1
