     Anne Colquhoun was born in 1685.1 She was the daughter of Sir Humphrey Colquhoun of Luss, 5th Bt. and Margaret Houstoun.2 She married Sir James Grant of Grant, 6th Bt., son of Ludovic Grant, 8th of Freuchie and 1st of Grant, on 29 January 1702.1 She died on 25 June 1724.1
     From 29 January 1702, her married name became Grant.3 She lived at Luss, Argyllshire, Scotland.3
