Sir Basil Hardington Bartlett, 2nd Bt., son of Hardington Arthur Bartlett and Irene Robinson, on 5 January 1937.1 She and Lt.-Col. Sir Basil Hardington Bartlett, 2nd Bt. were divorced in 1960.1 She married, secondly, Colin McFadyean, son of Sir Andrew McFadyean.3
     Helen Mary Malcolm usually went by her middle name of Mary.3 From 5 January 1937, her married name became Bartlett.1 She was a BBC TV announcer.3 Her married name became McFadyean.3

     Sir Ian Zachary Malcolm of Poltalloch was born in 1868.2 He is the son of Colonel Edward Donald Malcolm, 16th of Poltalloch and Isabella Wyld Brown.2 He married Jeanne Marie Langtry, daughter of Edward Langtry and Lillie le Breton, on 30 June 1902.3
     Sir Ian Zachary Malcolm of Poltalloch held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He held the position of Chief of Clan Malcolm.3 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1
