     Colonel Edward Donald Malcolm, 16th of Poltalloch was born on 13 November 1837.¹ He married Isabella Wyld Brown, daughter of John Wyld Brown and Mary Mackellar, on 17 July 1867. He died on 20 March 1930 at age 92.¹
