     Ursula Fairfax was the daughter of Sir Thomas Fairfax and Dorothy Gale.1 She married, firstly, Sir Henry Bellasis, 1st Bt., son of Sir William Bellasis and Margaret Fairfax. She married, secondly, William Mallory.1 She died on 25 August 1633.1 Her will (dated 7 December 1631) was probated on 6 June 1633.1
     Her married name became Mallory.1 Her married name became Bellasis.1
