     George Theodore Gregorie was born on 1 August 1758 at Douglas, Isle of Man.1 He was the son of David Gregorie and Anne Macaulay.1 He married Susan Christian, daughter of John James Christian and Alicia Curphey, on 27 July 1789 at Oostende, Belgium.1 He died in 1823 at Oostende, Belgium.1
     George Theodore Gregorie was decorated with the award of Legion of Honour.1 He held the office of Dutch Consul at Ostend, Belgium.1
