     Anne Caroline Lindsey Bowes-Lyon was born on 7 May 1916. She was the daughter of Captain Geoffrey Francis Bowes-Lyon and Edith Katherine Selby-Bigge. She married Ross Llewellyn Llewellyn, son of Brig.-Gen. Evan Henry Llewellyn, on 1 August 1939. She died on 17 March 2004 at age 87.1
      Her married name became Llewellyn.

     Sarah Susannah Bowes-Lyon was born on 20 May 1920. She was the daughter of Captain Geoffrey Francis Bowes-Lyon and Edith Katherine Selby-Bigge.1 She married Lt.-Col. Peter Hugh Dudley Ryder, son of Hon. Archibald Dudley Ryder and Eleanor Frederica Fisher-Rowe, on 29 May 1940.1 She died on 13 December 2002 at age 82.1
      Her married name became Ryder.

Sir Ian 'Cathanach' MacIan1

     Sir Ian 'Cathanach' MacIan was the son of Ian 'Mor' Macdonald and Sabina O'Neill.1 He married Sheila Savage.1 He died after 1494 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, executed for treason, along with four of his six sons.1
      In 1493 he headed the Clan Ian Vor when the Lordship of the Isles was finally forfeited.1 In 1494 he stormed the Castle of Dunaverty in South Kintyre (then held for the King), and hanged the Governor in the sight of the King.1

      From 1986, her married name became Mitchell.1 She lived in 2003 at 148 June Rd, North Salem, NY 10560, USA.1

     Sir Donald 'Ballach' Macdonald was born circa 1407.1 He was the son of Ian 'Mor' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles and Margery Byset.1 He married, firstly, Johanna O'Neill, daughter of Con O'Neill of Edenduffcarrick.1 He married, secondly, Joan O'Donnell, daughter of unknown O'Donnell, Lord of Tyrconnel.2 He died in 1476.1
     He held the position of Chief of Clan Ian Mhoir.3 Sir Donald 'Ballach' Macdonald also went by the nick-name of Donald 'Ballach' (or in English, 'the Freckled'). In 1431 he was the commander of the rebellion in the Isles, invaded Lochlaber, defeated the King's army under the Earls of Caithness and March, and ravaged the adjacent districts, then withdrew to his mother's lands in Ulster.1

     He lived at Duniveg, Scotland.1 He lived at Glyns, Scotland.1 Ian 'Mor' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles also went by the nick-name of Ian 'Mor' (or in English, 'the Great').1 He gained the title of Lord of the Isles.1
