     Dr. Samuel Holland was born on 25 March 1734.2 He was the son of John Holland and Mary Colthurst.3 He married Anne Swinton, daughter of Peter Swinton, on 10 October 1763.2 He died on 26 May 1816 at age 82 at Knutsford, Cheshire, EnglandG.1
     He lived at Sandlebridge, Knutsford, Cheshire, England.2 He also had two younger sons and five daughters.2

     Peter Holland was born on 3 June 1766 at Knutsford, Cheshire, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of Dr. Samuel Holland and Anne Swinton.1,3 He married, firstly, Mary Willets, daughter of Reverend William Willets.1 He married, secondly, Mary Whitaker, daughter of Jeremiah Whitaker, on 25 December 1808.2 He died on 19 January 1855 at age 88 at Knutsford, Cheshire, EnglandG.1,2
     He was He had one other sons and five daughters.2 He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He lived at Sandlebridge, Knutsford, Cheshire, England.2

     Sir Henry Holland, 1st Bt. was born on 27 October 1788 at Knutsford, Cheshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Peter Holland and Mary Willets.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Emma Caldwell, daughter of James Caldwell, on 8 October 1822.3 He married, secondly, Saba Smith, daughter of Reverend Sydney Smith, on 20 March 1834.3 He died on 27 October 1873 at age 85 at Knutsford, Cheshire, EnglandG.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)4 He was a physician and travel writer.2 He was Physician in Ordinary to HM Queen Victoria.3 He was created 1st Baronet Holland [U.K.] on 10 May 1853.3

     Margaret Emma Caldwell is the daughter of James Caldwell.2 She married Sir Henry Holland, 1st Bt., son of Peter Holland and Mary Willets, on 8 October 1822.1 She died on 2 February 1830.1
     From 8 October 1822, her married name became Holland.3

     John Cowper was the son of Sir William Cowper, 1st Bt. and Martha Master.1,2 He married Martha Hewkley, daughter of George Hewkley.2 He died before 1664, in prison.2
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 20 January 1631/32.1 He was imprisoned for his loyalty to King Charles I.2
