     Sir Michael Moissey Postan was the son of Efim Postan.¹ He married Lady Cynthia Rosalie Keppel, daughter of Walter Egerton George Lucian Keppel, 9th Earl of Albemarle and Lady Judith Sydney Myee Wynn-Carington, on 8 December 1944.¹ He died on 12 December 1981.¹
