     Henry Charles Thomas Hambro was born on 21 December 1869.2 He was the son of Percival Lewis Hambro and Grace Mayne.2,3 He married Edith Gertrude Bonsor, daughter of Sir Henry Cosmo Orme Bonsor, 1st Bt. and Emily Gertrude Fellowes, on 18 June 1896.1 He died on 14 February 1933 at age 63.2
      Henry Charles Thomas Hambro also went by the nick-name of Harry.2 In 1891 he inherited Milton Abbey but sold it in 1900 to his uncle, Sir Everard.2 He was with C. J. Hambro & Son in 1898.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Dorset Yeomanryx.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He became a Prime Warden of the Goldsmith's Company from 1925 to 1926.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1929.2 He lived at The Hyde, Luton, Bedfordshire, England.2

     General Sir Reginald John Thornton Hildyard was born on 11 December 1876.2 He was the son of Sir Henry John Thoroton Hildyard.1 He married Muriel Mary Bonsor, daughter of Sir Henry Cosmo Orme Bonsor, 1st Bt. and Mabel Grace Brand, on 23 November 1911.1 He died on 29 September 1965 at age 88.1
     He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.).1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).1 He gained the rank of General in the service of the Royal West Kent Regiment.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).1
